The Teton Artlab awards residencies to artists that provide dedicated time and space for creative work. The shared studio experience creates a community for local artists in which to work and be supported in the creation of new art. In the fall, we provide visiting artists with housing, studio access, and technical support to produce specific projects.
These artists are awarded residencies in exchange for working in our community on a variety of projects, such as teaching art in the schools, assisting in the creation of community murals and public art, leading free workshops, or donating artwork to fundraisers for other non-profits.
Residencies are competitive and are juried by a panel of artists and Artlab directors.
