One night a couple of artists were talking about starting an art gallery, or maybe a store, or an art studio. Or maybe all three. They had a space in mind, a cool location but in a building that was in disrepair and slated for demolition. It would take some work, but the experience could be rewarding. Or it could be a disaster.
